Cleaning & Care
Built for your toughest sessions. To clean, simply wipe down with a damp cloth to remove any blood, sweat, or tears.
Rocker Feet

Remove Existing Feet: For a secure fit, first remove the existing rubber feet from your trainer's legs.
Attach Rocker Feet: Slide the Rocker Feet directly over the metal legs of your trainer.
*Note: For the new Wahoo Kickr Core 2, you will need to remove the fastener holding the original feet using a 3mm hex wrench. After installing the new rocker feet, reinstall the fastener for a secure fit
Tennis Ball Replacement: Over time, the tennis balls inside your Rocker Feet may show signs of wear or become flat or deformed. For optimal performance, replace them with new, unpressurized tennis balls. (The cheap ones! Pressurized tennis balls tend to be too stiff to offer the proper amount of compliance.)
Trainer Tray

The Trainer Tray is designed to enhance your indoor cycling experience by providing a convenient surface that attaches to your out-front bike mount.
Check Clearance: Ensure there is at least 28mm of clearance between your out-front mount and the top of your handlebars. You may need to adjust (raise or rotate) your mount to achieve this clearance.
Wahoo Mounts: If using a Wahoo out-front mount, remove the fasteners and rotate the bayonet 90 degrees before attaching the Trainer Tray.
Attach Tray: Slide the Trainer Tray onto your out-front mount and rotate 90 degrees until it's securely in place.
Out Front Mount - Universal Fit
If switching from a Garmin or Wahoo style trainer tray, you will need to replace the old quarter turn style bayonet with the new clip. To install, remove the 2 fasteners from the old bayonet and then attach the new clip as shown. Do NOT use a power screwdriver! As you may strip the plastic threads! Hand tighten the fasteners until they are snug, do NOT over tighten!

To assemble the trainer tray and out front mount, insert the bayonet into the out front "arm" and slide the attachment downward until it clicks. This is meant to be a permanent assembly and may take significant force! You may find wiggling the bracket back and forth helps to get the clip into place.

Once installed, attach to the stem of your bike using the included velcro strap. Rock on!
