Love It or Return It Guarantee
We truly believe in the accessories we build. We’re so confident they’ll improve your ride that we give you 30 days to try them out.
If you don't love it, you can return the product for a full refund as long as it’s still in good condition. We usually require the customer to pay return shipping, and recommend PirateShip.com for the best rates. We want your setup to be perfect, and if our gear isn't the right fit for your journey, we aren't going to punish your wallet for trying us out.
The Cycle3D "Don't Be A Jerk" Warranty
In short: We’ve got your back. We don’t think you should have to spend a dime beyond your initial purchase to keep your pain cave dialed in. We stand behind our gear because we use it ourselves, and we know that indoor training is hard enough without your equipment failing you.
In fact, we offer a Free Lifetime Warranty Extension that we like to call our "Don't Be A Jerk Policy." All we ask is that you be kind and honest with us about what happened. When you email us, you’re talking to a real person who wants to help you get back on the (virtual) road.
How it works:
Whatever the issue, just reach out to us with the details. We usually respond within 24 hours to get you sorted.

Defective part or fitment issue? No problem. We’ll send a replacement immediately and figure out why it happened so we can improve the design.

Dog loves getting mail and decided it was a chew toy? Just tell us. We’ve all been there. Be honest about the "oops" moment, and we’ll still take care of you.

Just frustrated? If something isn't clicking or you need help with a setup, just let us know (nicely). We actually care about your indoor cycling experience.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
